Onsite Workplace Policy: The Flextreme Standard

At Flextreme Fitness, our facility is more than a gym—it’s our office, our lab, and our showroom. To maintain an environment of excellence, all team members are expected to uphold the following onsite standards:

1. Professional Conduct & "The Floor" Etiquette

Active Engagement: When on the gym floor, staff are "on stage." Avoid personal phone use or leaning on equipment.

The 5-Foot Rule: If a member or colleague is within five feet, acknowledge them with a smile or a greeting.

Language & Tone: Maintain a motivational yet professional tone. We lead by example; high-energy encouragement is the standard, but aggressive or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited.

2. The "Flextreme" Dress Code

Brand Uniformity: Team members must wear approved Flextreme Fitness apparel. Gear must be clean, wrinkle-free, and professional (no ripped or excessively distressed clothing).

Safety First: Footwear must be closed-toe, high-performance athletic shoes.

3. Equipment & Facility Integrity

The "Zero-Trace" Policy: Every weight, mat, and attachment must be returned to its designated spot immediately after use. A cluttered floor is a safety hazard.

Sanitization: Stations must be wiped down with hospital-grade disinfectant after every session. We set the standard for hygiene in the fitness industry.

4. Health & Nutritional Integrity

The Fuel Zone: To align with our mission of holistic health, only whole-food snacks and professional supplements are permitted in public-facing areas.

Scent Neutrality: Given the high-intensity nature of our work, please avoid heavy colognes or perfumes; stick to neutral deodorants to ensure a comfortable breathing environment for everyone.

5. Client Confidentiality

Privacy First: Respect the privacy of our high-profile clients. No unauthorized photos, videos, or sharing of client progress data on personal social media accounts without written consent.
